Durkeesox fabric duct dispersion system

The vertical fabric duct doesnt need the steel cables; if both ends of the vertical fabric air duct are connect to other fabric duct, only need the tension ring to stabilize the fabric duct. If any of the ends of the vertical fabric duct are not connect to the other duct, the tension ring need to be fastened to the building structure, like the floor, roof, post nor the truss.

There are many standard ducts of the DurkeeSox fabric duct system. Some of them need to measure at the worksite before manufacture, meanwhile most of the standard fabric ventilation can manufacture according to the drawings and that amount will up to 80% to the whole amount and the delivery period also can be secured. When the plan changing, we can provide some fabric connector to do adjust and manufacture the final part after measuring. For some tiny change of the scale, we can adjust them by using special customized connectors.

 
The friction coefficient of the DurkeeSox fabric duct is less than 0.024, similar to the GI duct system. In fact, the actual resistance of DurkessSox fabric duct is much smaller than the traditional duct system, because the shape of most DurkessSox fabric duct system is round, the average air-flow velocity especially the mid-end part are smaller than the tradition duct system. For a simple straight fabric duct system, the resistance inside the fabric duct is much smaller than the static pressure regain, so the resistance can be ignore. For a complicate fabric ductworks, the resistance is only 1/3 or 1/5 compare to the tradition metal ductworks. The airflow pressure are totally enough for the DurkeeSox fabric duct system while designing. Also, the fabric   permeability and the orifices of the DurkeeSox fabric duct system can be modified according to the airflow pressure, in order to secure the volume of the airflow supplied and no extra requirement of the AC equipment.

First of all, in general indoor project, the DurkeeSox fabric air duct system is easier to format the clear layer of temperature, for example, in supermarket, for every 0.5℃ below, the energy of the chiller can be save 10-15%; Also, in large space project, because of the high speed air-flow, faster than air diffuser, so the cold air flow can format into a layer formation and save energy. In some large space workshop projects, because of the lightweight and easier install, the DurkeeSox fabric duct system can be install in a lower height, and decrease the distance of air flow supply to save energy.
