Durkeesox fabric duct dispersion system

There are all kind of accessories of DurekssSox fabric duct system we provided, like for the hanging system, we have wire ropes, buckles, fabric ribbons and etc. For the air flow supply accessories, we have PAD, ACD, air valves and etc. For the outlet accessories, we have nozzles, rubber rings and etc. Normally, we will choose and provide all the accessories for clients.

All the accessories are not vulnerable, with same service life as the fabric duct. Also, the buckles and fabric ribbons are fireproofed. All the general accessories using in a normal situation are in the warranty scope of product. But we recommendusing special accessories when the environment is strong acid or alkali or extremely high or low temperature.

Basically yes, but we will not provide the warranty. All the accessories we used is very high qualities with almost same price, also, we provide fully warranty.

The DurkeeSox dispersion system mainly used in the situation which required supply air flow while delivering, such like large space building without ceiling. It is not very suitable for a situation which only need delivering air flow on the top of ceiling. Also we can use the fabric with none permeate, but only used in low condensation or ventilation required

situation.

The frictional resistance of DurkeeSox fabric duct system is very low. Normally, the static pressure regain is larger than

the frictional resistance. There will have enough air flow when the static pressure of inlet is above 80Pa, and the air-

flow velocity of inlet is between 5-9 m/s.

The permeability of DurkessSox fabric duct has certain filtration function, but cannot replace the filter of the chillers.

If the environmentrequired, we can set a FAF near the inlet to filter out the dust.
The reasons of fabric shaking or not bulge:
a.   The air flow pressure or air volume is not as big as designed.
b.   The permeability of the fabric duct is too large, with too many air supply holes. When the velocity of the air flow   

     is too high and will result the shaking.

For the shapes of DurkeeSox textile duct system, we have 5 different shapes, which are round, half-round, large half-round, quarter-round and conic, also, we can provide rectangle fabric air duct in some low ceiling height projects as main duct, but the airflow resistance will be larger.The price of rectangle fabric air duct will more expensive.

we can provide any curve duct system, the DurkeeSox fabric duct system can be designed to almost every layout in order to follow every irregular plan. We often use stand fabric duct system with patent IRR(internal retention ring) system for the aesthetic purpose when there are no air flow.

There are 9 standard colors to choose, also, we can customize the color as clients` required. Because custom colors need to proofing and confirming by both side; also, the fabric material need to customize the color, so the whole delivery period will be about 45 days longer, also we will charge 10%-15% more depend on the order.
