Durkeesox fabric duct dispersion system

DurkeeSox fabric air dispersion system has professional inlet to connect with traditional GI Duct or AC. During the installation, use single layer or double layer inlet to cover outlet of metal duct, fixed with belt and rivet.

DurkeeSox system disperses air under static pressure. Firstly, it can disperse air by fabric permeation. Secondly, there are designed multi-row orifice and nozzle to disperseair.Usually, it works with the combination of even linear orifice and fabric permeation, which also can avoid condensation problem.

DurkeeSox System disperses airflow through fabric permeation and designed orifices under static pressure, working like a plenum box. Under most application environment, the static pressure is almost consistent from ducts’forepart to the posterior segmentbecause the static pressure regain is enough to make up the frictional resistance loss in straight duct. So the even air disperse of DurkeeSox system is natural.

DurkeeSox textile duct System is made of flexible material and does not generate noise and transmit resonance during operating. To noise absorption effect, it depends on different equipments and applying environment. It could not replace the absorber or AHUs system, although part of noise could be absorbed.

The fabric air duct diameter can follow the AC equipment requirement, whatever the diameter is. Till now, the biggest duct diameter we supplied is nearly 3 meters. The length of DurkeeSox duct depends on project requirements without limitation. However, longer the duct is, the friction resistance will be higher. The longest duct we produced is more than 200 meters offered to auto plant.

After national level testing, finishedgoods of DurkeeSox System has normal appearance without crackle and breakage.The system’s pressure resistance is related to whole HVAC system and airflow volume. Generally, it’s no problem to employ the system under 3000Pa for a long term service. So compared with traditional ducts, DurkeeSox system is the best pressure resistance product.

DurkeeSox System disperses airflow by static pressure. The duct can be inflated in good shapewhen static pressure is above 100Pa, but crumple under 70Pa.

DurkeeSox system doesn’t belong to insulating duct, although it has some insulation property from some extend. But it almost can replace insulating ducts at some places where air supply and dispersion occur at the same time.The purpose of employing insulation in refrigeration application is to avoid condensation in large space places. In DurkeeSox system, cooling air permeates through fabric forming an air layer around fabric duct to result in no temperature difference between inside and outside, radically resolving condensation problem even in 100% damp environment. Thisnever can be happened to insulationmaterial.

DurkeeSox system will adopt different fabric permeabilities, parts, fittings and accessories, which distinguish from to each other. So usually, we’re not able to quote per meter no matter for international or domestic market, but quote per whole system with a total price. According to our experience, in large space places, it demands less quantity of DurkeeSox system and will havesimilarly or even cheaper cost comparing to traditional ducts. However, in low space, DurkeeSox system will cost more.Additionally, DurkeeSox system has flexible designs that can generate different costs. And proper design can be made upon customer’s requirements.
