Durkeesox fabric duct dispersion system

The vertical fabric duct doesnt need the steel cables; if both ends of the vertical fabric air duct are connect to other fabric duct, only need the tension ring to stabilize the fabric duct. If any of the ends of the vertical fabric duct are not connect to the other duct, the tension ring need to be fastened to the building structure, like the floor, roof, post nor the truss.

There are many standard ducts of the DurkeeSox fabric duct system. Some of them need to measure at the worksite before manufacture, meanwhile most of the standard fabric ventilation can manufacture according to the drawings and that amount will up to 80% to the whole amount and the delivery period also can be secured. When the plan changing, we can provide some fabric connector to do adjust and manufacture the final part after measuring. For some tiny change of the scale, we can adjust them by using special customized connectors.

a. Work with the alterable air volume A/C unit. The air pursuer is charging while the air volume changing of this kind of A/C unit; just ensure more than 70Pa ESP of air flow into the fabric textile duct, the whole fabric duct system will be working properly.

b. Work with the air supply system with large temperature difference. The DurkeeSox fabric duct system working without any insulation material and also provide large different temperature air flow evenly and comfortable. For the traditional ductwork work with this kind of A/C unit need to add 32mm insulation and frost easily.

c. Work with the central ventilation system in spring or autumn season. The ability of condensation free ability makes the DurkeeSox fabric ventilation working properly with high temperature difference indoor and outdoor.

The duct can be squeeze properly, but will reduce the aesthetic. The duct will turn to flat when the fabric duct squeezing, but the sectional area will be the same, so the squeezing the ducts will not have too much impact to the airflow if the squeeze height less than 50%.

If the squeeze height larger than 50%, the internal airflow will be influenced, with a high airflow velocity, the fabric duct may shaking, so we recommend to set a upturning or down turning unit to avoid the squeeze.
