Durkeesox fabric duct dispersion system

DurkeeSox system doesn’t belong to insulating duct, although it has some insulation property from some extend. But it almost can replace insulating ducts at some places where air supply and dispersion occur at the same time.The purpose of employing insulation in refrigeration application is to avoid condensation in large space places. In DurkeeSox system, cooling air permeates through fabric forming an air layer around fabric duct to result in no temperature difference between inside and outside, radically resolving condensation problem even in 100% damp environment. Thisnever can be happened to insulationmaterial.

According to our experience, in large space places, it demands less quantity of DurkeeSox system and will havesimilarly or even cheaper cost comparing to traditional ducts. However, in low space, DurkeeSox system will cost more.Additionally, DurkeeSox system has flexible designs that can generate different costs. And proper design can be made upon customer’s requirements.

As an end air dispersion system,Durkeesox fabric air dispersion system is usually used in one fire compartment and adopted

fire damper when it across different areas.It has passed all kinds of widely recognized international certificates and fire

testing including UL product certificate under US NFPA 90A and AC-167,UL fire testing under US ASTM-E84,testing certificate

under EN13501-2002 class B1-s1,d0 and China fire certificate under GB-8624-2006-Class B-s1,d0,t0 and Class A. DurkeeSox

system meets or surpasses code regulations on fire safety in all countries and regions.

DurkeeSox system is made of flexible material. It will drop down on shape but not crumple when doesn’t work. To gain a

better visual effect when the system doesn’t run, you can choose a double row suspension system which will look a little

bit like oval from underside view. This is almost no difference to what it looks like when fully inflated.You also can

choose the system with tension ring, which can keep the good shape whenever it’s inflated or not.

Ordinary DurkeeSox system is made of flexible material and can only work in a positive pressure of air supply system. But

the system with tension ring can be used as transporting duct and return air duct.
